Perform and analyze in vitro and in vivo experiments to determine how myeloid cells in the leukemic microenvironment of different organs promote progression of T-ALL.Manage mice needed for experiments and freeze new primary T-ALL stocks and donor PBMCs.Mentor and collaborate with undergraduate and graduate students carrying out T-ALL research.Prepare presentations for lab meetings, journal clubs, and other external conferences/meetings; coordinate collaborative analysis of transcriptional profiling data with bioinformatics collaborators, prepare figures and write manuscripts to disseminate research to the scientific community.
