Position Summary...

What you'll do...

This role sits within the Walmart Fulfillment Services team, where you will be responsible for being the single threaded leader for program management for all WFS Operations metrics. You will be responsible for identifying trends and providing key insights to a multidisciplinary team within WFS Business Operations and Defect Elimination. This individual will utilize their expertise in supply chain to drive change and lead programs which are of strategic importance for WFS Operations. This role will be an accelerant to our growth as we make deliberate investments in key areas of our business (speed, accuracy and delivery).

• Have strong executive communication skills. You are comfortable presenting to exec leaders both within and outside Walmart as you develop supply chain solutions.

• Can execute Supply Chain solutions in a fast paced, rapidly growing, highly ambiguous, and challenging environment in the ecommerce space

• Can foster collaboration with internal and external teams and leverage your expertise in supply chain and 3PL engagement to drive results for partner teams.

• Have passion and drive to improve the customer experience with a focus on loss reduction

• Are comfortable leading discussions with internal teams and cross functional audiences (business development, product, account management)

• Have the ability to dissect and manage complicated system processes across various teams

• Are driven, with strong organizational skills

• Can troubleshoot and navigate internal systems to drive decisions based on data

• Collaborating with cross-functional business partners to influence roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Analytics, Operations Engineering, Process engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 4+ years of experience in project management

• 3+ years of experience in Operations/3PL ecommerce environment

• 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams and influencing change behavior

• Strong organizational skills, a keen sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary

Preferred qualifications

5+ years developing solutions for 3PLs or large retailers

Minimum Qualifications...
