ABOUT YOU
As Program Associate – Certification & Contracts, you are meticulously organized and detail-oriented, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while efficiently managing multiple priorities. Your strong analytical skills will be crucial for compiling and analyzing data, while your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will facilitate effective outreach and collaboration with various stakeholders. Adaptability and problem-solving skills are essential for navigating challenges, while maintaining integrity and ethical conduct in all aspects of your work. Taking initiative and staying knowledgeable about industry regulations and best practices will contribute to the program's success.
What you will do:
Coordinate certification processes for ACDBE and SBE programs in compliance with 49 CFR Part 23 and 26.
Manage office and records administration tasks, including maintaining directories and regulatory documentation.
Review and process certification applications, ensuring completeness and compliance with DOT regulations.
Conduct outreach, training, and education programs to support ACDBE, DBE, and MBE/WBE business development efforts.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience, with an understanding of and interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion
Proven administrative and time management skills in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities.
Massachusetts Class D Driver’s License.
