Your responsibilities in this role

• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Analyze and summarize legal documents Requirements - Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Practical knowledge of Complaint Handling

• General familiarity with Claim Administration

• Expertise in Case Management Software

• Background working with Commercial Litigation

• Deep understanding of Legal software

• Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Litigation

• Adeptness in Briefing

• Solid understanding of 3M

• Foundational knowledge in LexisNexis

• Documentation experience highly preferred

• Experience with Management System

• Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience

• Stellar academic credentials and references

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
