Description

Mid-size law firm based in Center City Philadelphia is seeking an Attorney with 5+ years’ experience in Estate and Trust administration for a full-time position in its Estates & Trusts practice group at its downtown location. Existing client base preferred.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of estate planning, estate administration and trust administration

• Experience with wills and trusts and knowledge of estate and gift taxation; income tax knowledge for trusts and estates

• Experience in business matters (partnerships, LLCs, S corporations) including planning for families a plus

• Charitable planning experience is a plus

Education & Experience:

• J.D. from an accredited law school. LL.M. a plus.

• 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in the estate planning and elder law industry

• Existing client base preferred, with ability to service new referral clients

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• Pennsylvania Bar admission required
