Your role involves prioritizing operator allocation, facilitating communication between teams, group lead and supervisors, and mentoring staff to enhance production and problem-solving skills.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Leads production team work process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor.

  • Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.

  • Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.

  • Coaches operators/assemblers on production and problem solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.

  • Ensures Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience

Nice to Have

  • Excellent communication skills and a team player.

  • Experienced in mentoring and training.

  • Ability to provide process improvement recommendations to supervisors.

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills

Direct Labor Hourly: The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for

others).
