Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as a primary point of contact for our clients. As a Customer Service Representative for our construction company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and support throughout their project experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and any relevant information to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Issue Resolution:

  • Listen to client concerns and complaints empathetically, working to resolve issues and find appropriate solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and field personnel, to address client needs and ensure client satisfaction.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating project activities and schedules to meet client requirements and deadlines.

  • Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution and client communication.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project details, and any relevant documentation.

  • Generate reports and documentation as needed for internal and client use.

Customer Feedback:

  • Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our company and services.

  • Use client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing client records.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other documents as needed.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
