Job Title: Employee Healthcare Coordinator

Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (near East Bell Road and the 101)

Compensation: Dependent on Experience. Salary plus commission.

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401K)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and prioritize the queue of incoming requests for quotes and other administrative tasks. Ensure timely processing and follow-up to meet client deadlines.

  • Strategically engage with brokers and clients to convert quote requests into confirmed business. Utilize persuasive communication skills and product knowledge to overcome objections and address concerns.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to brokers and clients throughout the quoting process. Act as a trusted advisor, offering personalized guidance and support tailored to their individual needs.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding service level agreements and turnaround times. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in workflow management.

  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying communication styles. Tailor interactions to accommodate different personality types and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of success in selling healthcare products and services, with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Experience conducting presentations via teleconference.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
